I'm afraid I'm not comfortable with a bar soap for baby's bath, do you have any recommendations?
We know that the first baths of a newborn can be a stressful and complicated time for young parents. Our advice: Wash your hands with our 0-3 bar of soap directly in the bath water. The bath water will then become slightly oily and will gently soothe the skin and diaper rashes.
This is more than enough. You've been cleaning your baby's diaper seat all day long during diaper changes, he doesn't need to be washed again, just a soothing bath before bedtime.
What does the washing gel smell like?
Our products do not contain any synthetic perfume. Our shower gel contains organic floral waters of Chamomile and Peppermint and Orange Blossom. This subtle blend gives it a soft and fresh scent, which leaves the skin soft. Its texture allows an easy rinsing. You can use it from birth, and for the whole family.
Can my 3 years old child use the 8-12 year old soap?
We have created several age ranges to meet the needs of the child's skin and hair, which are constantly evolving. A 3 year old child does not have the same needs as an 8 year old. For this reason, we do not recommend the use of soap from a higher range for younger children.
However, a child of 8-9 years old can use a soap from the first age range, the one for 0-3 years old.
Why do you list 3-8 years old shampoo as being anti-lice?
The formula of our 3-8 years shampoo has tea tree and lavender essential oil. These 2 natural ingredients combined become an excellent natural lice repellent.
Can adults use your products?
Yes, of course they can. Our products can be used by the whole family! The products with black and white packaging are intended for everyone.
Why do the soaps have ribbons?
Our soaps are free of coloring agents. They are difficult to differentiate with the naked eye. That is why the ribbon with the color corresponding to each age range allows the child to know which soap belongs to him in a sibling. In addition, the ribbons allow the child to handle the soap more easily and a more practical drying because it can be hung.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our care products are made in France. The soaps come from a soap factory in the center of France, then the majority of our range is manufactured in the region of Anjou.
What is the delivery time?
Normally, for metropolitan France, if an order is placed on the site before 12:00 noon, it is shipped the same day, otherwise the next day. Then, the delivery can take between 2 and 5 days.
Currently, with the health crisis, this time may be longer, depending on the activity of La Poste.
How much are the shipping costs?
It all depends on the weight of your package. They are calculated and displayed in the summary of your order.
Note that there are no shipping costs for orders over 60€ for orders placed for domestic shipping.
