It's back-to-school time, and lice too....
07. 09. 2018

I hope you had a great vacation and that the start of the school year went smoothly.

A week after the kids go back to school, it's time for a little reminder about lice.

School means our dear little ones with their heads all together, bent over exciting books,  and of course, it means a little paradise for lice, which jump around with joy.

Before you tear your hair out over these pesky creatures or shave your children's heads, try washing their hair once or twice a week with our shampoo for ages 3-8.

With our hair care range for children aged 3-8, we've thought of everything with our purifying shampoo. A very gentle cleansing base enriched with tea tree and lavender, two of the most effective natural repellents. Its liquid formula, specifically designed for the hair of 3-8 year olds, is an effective complement to anti-lice treatments. Its moisturizing plant-based active ingredients purify the scalp while ensuring softness and shine every day.

Here is a natural recipe for treating head lice if your child's hair is infested:

As it contains essential oils, it can be used on children aged 3 and above.

You will need:

- 50 ml of coconut oil.

- 12 drops of tea tree essential oil.

- 12 drops of lavender essential oil.

Mix the three oils together, then apply the mixture to your child's damp hair. Next, comb through the hair and apply the mixture again, this time to the scalp. Be sure to comb thoroughly, creating “partings” so that the treatment is evenly distributed.

Don't forget the areas at the nape of the neck and behind the ears! To make this technique even more effective, wrap plastic wrap around the head. The heat created will allow the mixture to spread evenly over the entire scalp. Leave on for about 2 to 3 hours.

To rinse, shampoo your hair up to twice. Coconut oil is very greasy and can be difficult to remove from certain hair types.

Depending on the results, you can repeat this treatment once a week!

Grab your combs, let's get started, and above all, have a great start to the new school year.
