Benzyl alcohol

Benzyl alcohol is a colorless aromatic alcohol that occurs in liquid form, naturally present in some fruits and plants. As a preservative, its role is to inhibit the development of bacteria, yeasts and molds within the formulations, and thus to promote a long conservation of care in which it is present. Benzyl alcohol is found in the Purifying Shampoo 3-8 years and the Tonic Shampoo 8-12 years, as well as in our Detangling Care.
